February Nail Art Challenge: HALF MOON MANI

This is the second design in Erica's Nails & More February Nail Art Challenge. I must admit, I have never understood this type of mani. Some of them look pretty enough but it just seems unnatural to me. I have only tried a Half Moon Mani one other time and figured maybe I would like/understand it this time around........but alas........still not liking them. I did put my best foot forward on trying it out though.

What I used for this Mani:
Base Coat of Nail Magic Strengthener
Two Coats of China Glaze's White on White
Label Re-enforcement labels
One Coat of Sally Hansen Snappy Sorbet
Top Coat of Seche Vite
Konad Special White Stamping Polish
BM Stamp
Top Coat of Seche Vite

Here are the pics:

Thanks for looking!!

  1. I think these are cute! And I love Snappy Sorbet, it's such a gorgeous color!

  2. I love this, too!! The colors are beautiful together and I love the stamping!

  3. I love this! I think color is lovely and I like the stamping.

  4. You did an awesome job Tara! I can recreate this, I have Snappy Sorbet and that stamp! I was on the fence about half moons when I first got into nail art too, but it's growing on me, though it's still not my favourite :)

  5. I love the zingy colours and the stamp design - these make me feel like Spring is on the way :)
